Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with clients and development teams to deliver effective tech-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research.

• Document business processes, user stories, workflows, and use cases.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity and project alignment.

• Conduct gap analysis and suggest best-fit solutions.

• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and solution demos.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and maintain communication between stakeholders.

• Work on project documentation including SRS (Software Requirement Specification), BRD (Business Requirement Document), and wireframes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in IT or software development as a Business Analyst.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Excel, Jira, Figma, or Balsamiq is a plus.

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business process modeling.

• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
