Build and ship the production AI agents our clients run their sales and support on — WhatsApp agents, voice receptionists and retrieval-grounded assistants.

What you would be doing

  • Build agents on top of LLM APIs with retrieval over client documents and catalogues
  • Design the guardrails: what the agent must never answer, and how it hands to a human
  • Integrate with client systems — CRM, ERP, calendars, WhatsApp Business API
  • Read real conversation transcripts every week and tune what the agent got wrong

What we need from you

  • Strong Python. You can read someone else's codebase and be useful in it by day three
  • Worked with at least one LLM API in something that real users touched
  • Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and debugging an integration that fails intermittently
  • Can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical client without condescension

Build the web platforms and internal systems we deliver for clients — from national contest platforms to field-force applications used by hundreds of agents.

What you would be doing

  • Build front-ends in React and back-ends in Node or Laravel, end to end
  • Own a feature from the spec conversation through to production and its first bug report
  • Work directly with the client's team during discovery and demos
  • Keep things maintainable — the person fixing this in two years may be you

What we need from you

  • Solid JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and a server-side framework
  • Comfortable with relational databases and writing queries that survive real data volumes
  • Git, code review, and shipping in sprints rather than in one heroic push
  • You have deployed something to production and kept it running

Nice to have

React Native Laravel AWS or GCP CI/CD pipelines

Ship Android and iOS applications that go to the stores and stay there — field-force apps, consumer apps, and product work like Amritveer.

What you would be doing

  • Build and publish cross-platform apps end to end
  • Handle the unglamorous parts properly: offline state, push notifications, store review cycles
  • Work with the backend team on API contracts rather than around them
  • Support what you ship — you will see your own crash reports

What we need from you

  • React Native or Flutter in production, with at least one app live on a store
  • Understand the platform differences that actually bite: permissions, background tasks, deep links
  • Can debug a problem that only reproduces on one Android OEM

Nice to have

Native Android or iOS Firebase App Store / Play Console experience

Talk to businesses about what software and AI could actually take off their plate, and bring the genuinely qualified ones to our engineering team.

What you would be doing

  • Run first conversations with inbound and outbound prospects across India and overseas
  • Understand a business well enough to know whether we can help — and say so when we cannot
  • Work with engineering to scope properly before anything is promised
  • Keep the CRM honest, because a pipeline you cannot trust is worse than none

What we need from you

  • Clear written and spoken English; Hindi fluency
  • Curiosity about how businesses work — you ask the second and third question, not just the first
  • Comfortable being told no, and comfortable saying it

Sold software or IT services before Worked with UK, UAE or Australian clients CRM experience

A real internship. You will work on client projects with a named mentor, not fetch coffee or build a throwaway demo nobody uses.

What you would be doing

  • Work on a live project alongside an engineer who reviews your code
  • Learn how a project actually goes from a client conversation to a running system
  • Ship at least one feature that real users touch before you leave

What we need from you

  • Fundamentals in at least one language, and evidence you build things — college projects count
  • Willing to be corrected and to correct others
  • Available full-time for six months in Bhopal
